Rein Data offer standard manufacturer warranty. However, this warranty does not cover failure of the system or any part of the system caused by Act of God (such as flooding, lighting and earthquake etc.), Force Majeure, Power Fluctuation, Unauthorized intervention in the system without the instructions from Rein data technical department and all consumables. Equipment failure in the event of breakdown caused by Client’s electrical or mechanical system or in the case of damage caused by on-site accident is also not covered under standard warranty.
3ISYS Networks supplied hardware are covered under 1 Year Standard Warranty . Extended Warranty or Priority replacement ( EWP / EPP Extended Warranty Plan / Extended Priority Plan) services can be purchased separately or in addition to standard warranty.
Magnizon Power Systems Limited Warranties are provided by Magnizon Power GREEN ENERGY. (“Magnizon POWER”) and Magnizon POWER’s liability for any defective product, or any product part, shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product, at Magnizon POWER’s discretion. Magnizon Power does not warrant or guarantee workmanship performed by any person or firm installing its products. This warranty does not cover the costs of installation, removal, shipping (except as described below), or reinstallation of products or parts of products.
These warranties last for a Warranty Period that varies by product from the date of purchase at point of sale to you, the original end user customer. Following are the standard warranties:
